So you wanted these people to starve? Clinton changed the mission and got those boys killed and drug through the streets.

So Clinton had a year to screw it up in Somalia. You're giving Bush no slack so exactly what are you saying.

Clinton fell asleep and allowed the situation in Somalia to get out of control. I don't blame him personally but he is the CIC and could have adapted the situation or abandoned it to suit his preferences.
