i don't think you lost them at all. each old si url that appears now to be invalid, actually has a master post number in it that can be cut and pasted into a 'new' valid url that will give you access to the old saved page.

make sense? it works!

Using Word sounds like a good way to keep track of everything, adding the ability to make your own more extensive comments.
