John, never seen a market like this except in history books No one has, with the exception of investors who were in the market during 1929. And those investors also had to be investing in the tech stocks now. Good luck to you. I still think your post was excellent. Too many people write "Do your own DD", but I believe most investors do not have either the education/experience to do financial DD, therefore, they must believe the analysts. On the other hand, do the analysts know much about DD? Probably, but in some ways, many analysts have lost tremendous amounts of crediblity (esp. the dot-com ones). Remember when they would raise price targets since the company hit it? They would raise the price target without regard to the finances of the company.
