If one keeps their URLs in files, can they use an editor to substitute "http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=" for "https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=" and make the changes in bulk? Cheers, PW. P.S. Did SI store links as a combination of thread and reply in the early years? If so, these links would be challenging to convert. P.P.S. In the early years of this thread, one could read all the messages from the beginning. Today, with over 18,000 replies, that would take some effort. P.P.P.S. Is SI performing some translation for URLs clicked from within posts? That may explain why some people have better luck than others, depending on how they attempt to view the pages.
