I called the SEC and spoke with one of the SEC attornies, he was quite convinced that the NRS 250 took precedence over any SEC law. In other words you should re read the Nevada Revised Statue...250

Could someone explain to me how I went from owning 10,000 shares of Medinah Mining,and have just received a certificate for 9900 shares of Medinah Minerals,with no other shares showing up in my account.
Wasn't there a 20%distibution?
