>>TXN earnings are Tuesday APR 17th after close. Jes thot I'd mention<<

INTC on Tuesday as well along with a lot of banks. I am particularly interested in the banks, see how they are holding up and future direction. Haven't really heard to much meaningful guidance from them, and I think they will have a key play here too.

Yeah, you know, the strange thing is, stocks don't seem to be moving on company-specific news. NTAP warns that EPS next report will be 0.01, not 0.10; MOT misses and warns, and the stocks ignore it. Usually, I'd want to be out of a stock at earnings-time, when I'm playing short-term movements. Now, I just don't think it matters. TXN could miss, and the stock might gap up the next day. Or vice versa. I'm just going by the chart. I've been playing the 30-36 range on TXN, over and over, and I'll keep on doing it, as long as it works. Calls on the way up, puts on the way down. When it doesn't work, my stop-losses will be reached, and I'll find some other game to play.
