No way to know, really. The chart doesn't show any clear short-term range, the longer-term trend is down. Whether or not we get a further rally in CSCO, I firmly believe that no rally is sustainable, until a list of questions about the company, industry, and economy, have been answered.

The semis and semi-equips, of all the techs, have the most relative strength on this bear rally. That's what's pulling the Nas up. But don't sneer at a 1/2 point gain for CSCO. When the stock is almost at single digits, that's a tradeable rally. Since I quit doing LTB&H in January, I love all this volatility.
