For example, let's say that I want to own 500 shares of TXCC as one of the seeds in my garden (this is one of the companies I have recently used this strategy with). I will purchase from 5000 to 7500 shares with the expectations of harvesting(selling) 4500 or 7000 once the position has achieved a price that will return my investment to me (including tax considerations). Maybe I'm using the wrong terminology when I say I take a 1000% position?

Please understand that I'm elated at how quickly I have been able to 'yield my harvest'. At the same time, I've been patiently waiting for situations that fit this strategy to unfold. I have missed quite a few stocks that I was willing to use this strategy on by being 'greedy' and wanting too low of an entry price on. Since I still believe we are in a bear market, those stocks that get away don't concern me, as they may still return to a level where I'm comfortable using this method on them. Also, there are plenty of stocks that have bright futures that are still totally washed out even after this latest rally.
