everytime some poster gets sued there are a rash of posts that IMO are over-cautionary. These lawsuits really only happen with repetitive, single minded posters who are bashing a stock under pseudonyms, often multiple pseudonyms, and without factual bases to their bashing.
maybe i'm too complacent, but this seems to be the pattern; I am not a lawyer.

Victor,

I would think this has to obvious be a joke to anyone. I played this joke when the market was not open.

It is kind of sad that one has to be concerned about litigation over a joke when it can't affect any stock price due to the market being close but company management, analysts, etc. can spin numbers any way they want without a problem.

Neither am I. I just don't like to give an idiot lawyer an excuse.
