I believe this is part of the clever deceit during a bear market Anthony has been alluding toward. Companies become desperate even in Bull markets, but in bear markets they become even more ruthless preying on the gullible.

This may or may not be the case with RIMM. BWDIK

I will take the gamble though :-)
