You might try Ensign, running off the eSignal feed. It will run you 30$ a month but I think its worth it.

Not quite the QCharts interface, but far closer to what you are used to with that product than most anything else I've seen so far.

You can enable it via account management for eSignal; but if you just want to have a look for free (not with live data mind you), visit ensignsoftware.com and download the demo.
