Michael,

The one you should be blaming is Bill Clinton, the man who managed to do in 8 years what Republicans couldn't do in 40. Namely, win both houses of congress and the Presidency for Republicans.

He was the best player on the Republican team, and any Democrat who supported him helped the cause.


And I fully expect GWB to do the same for the Reps.

Do you think W will drag out a few more hostage crises, so that he can bring them home and get some more photo-ops? His father first made it to the White House by dragging out the Tehran hostage crisis for 6 months. It is kind of a family tradition.
