They won't fail. They will either address the issues or Lycos will sell the division to someone else. The service has potential to be a cash cow like @Home, but also like @Home, they need to be properly managed. It seems there has been too little suffering to expect to have good management anywhere in this era. You have to know how to be tough and you won't find that in this generation of Silicon Quiche eaters. (ps. your comments have been tough and I have appreciated the light you have shed on the issues)
