How do you figure? The only scenario that was down 20% or more was where you stayed fully invested until now.

The interesting thing to me was his most agressive portfolio, invested to the max in CTR 2 was down less than 20%, down less than had he kept portfolio 1 fully invested from Jan 2000 on and down substantially less than the NASDAQ Composite. I was surprised.
