Thanks for the URL's Bob. I've bookmarked them for further reference. Some of the name changes are interesting. In the mid-to-late 70's, I worked for a company called Pauly and Pauly. It had just been bought out by Swift and Company. Swift already had changed to Esmark, but we usually still referred to it as Swift. It was a sad time in Wisconsin dairy history as small local cheese factories and distributers were being either closed down, or gobbled up by competitors.
