In a nutshell, that's it. There are always exceptions and special circumstances. I hope I have to contributed to your understanding of how the world works. If I have not, I apologize for wasting your time. No, you have not wasted my time. I have a an aquaintance who went from a media hack to a major political player managing Billions up on Billions of bucks..the well being of Millions of people depending up his and his compatriots decisions. All citizens are doing, very, very well at this time, thanks to the 'energy crisis'. It could have easily been solved by the warning given in the 70s, unfortunately, politicians chose to line their pockets..and it re-surfaces approximately 30 years later. PS: It's different, really differnt this time, they say..of everything. They wouldn't screw us again, would they?
