Wolf.....Can't claim I understand how the distributions are handled for ERF... The fact that this "defensive" issue has given me a 31% windfall in less than two months in an otherwise down market made me think it was pretty "aggressive" <gg> . Actually, I can't figure out why the Canadian buck is worth less than the US, either ....Canada has all that "stuff" that the US is short of -- natural resourses, energy....not to mention some of the top tech companies, and more auto plants than Chihuahua, Mexico. Also, many of my relatives <gg>. SOMETHING on that list ought to be worth something!
LU: analysts are now giving us a consensus of $.22 in earnings for next year. At 20 times earnings, I come up with a very, very small gain from the current price of LU. That's why I'm not quite so bullish on LU... Besides, I have found more effective ways to avoid making money <GG>
I thiink I'll ride this rally a little longer, but I am keeping LOTS of cash....but not much gold. Best I can figure, if the Fed did it's job, and pumped liquidity into the U.S. market, gold would jump to about $360/oz. Since I don't expect the Fed to do their job, however, I am treating gold as dead money.....probalby a sure sign of a rapid rally ahead <GG>

Wolf...Check out my last post to E!..... imho, it's time to finally pay more attention to what has been one of your favorite subjects for a while. I now have ERF, NCN, and HGT in the portfolio, and I've decided to minimize oil producers as well as drillers so long as we can make hay out of the natural gas advantages for now.
If you have any choice thoughts on hot prospects in energy, you have my full attention..
