Bill, banks are another issue as their leverage is supposedly on the risk of the bank owners. My post was more related to the actual value of paper money in circulation.

Bill, the Tech demise has happened at a warp speed. If we go back to 200 DMA -around 2700 for NDX when we get there, I bet all bears will capitulate. I'm not saying this bear market is over, it just this standard correction type of thing that the market does from time to time has never happened. On the other hand, the bubble was so big, the correction may never happen until it's over. I'm long gold. A very quiet low volume market there.
