ensign can only download historical data if esignal has it... esignal does not keep historical options data unfortunately. not even one days worth... it's only when you start... and that's kind of hard to collect all data for all option series I may be interested in looking at in advance. there are literally hundreds (if not thousands) of possible option series I may be interested in.

also does anyone notice a "flashing" when charts are drawn on esignal and ensign?
I've noticed this w/ several different charting packages, but not w/ qcharts.
"flashing" is still noticeable when using a white background, not so w/ qcharts.
(i'm talking interval/minute charts here, down to 1min)
TIA

My only complaint with Ensign was that it is very counterintuitive - I consider myself pretty computer saavy, but it was really hard for me to set up Ensign to look/feel the way I wanted, so much so that I gave up. Maybe I've just been spoilt by the QCharts/RavenQuote interface. I really did like its programming abilities though.
