So ... by your method of mathematics, 1 is .01% of 100. Oh wait, YOU were the one who was wrong! Mathematics is not subjective. 1 =.01 of 100. That's why when you divide 100,000 into 260,000,000 you get .00038. Fuzzy math indeed. You enjoy your Friday as well. I guess you'll be going back to school on Monday. Take your teacher an apple. BTW, ScumDem evaded my underlying premise and that was that 100,000 additional cops had little to do with any drop in crime, real, or otherwise. No surprise he focused on the math.
