LOL! Could be. Actually, it's that it's so refreshing when you see executives of large companies like Cisco treating people like I'd want to be treated. I hate that phrase, "It's not personal, it's business." That's such bullshit. The only real important thing in life is your relationships with other people. The only thing you have in the end is the impact and positive impression you made on other people. So it really renews my hope when I see a bad situation made more tolerable by the actions of clearly benign people like Chambers. Others should follow his lead. e.g. Ellis, Gates, McNealy, et al.
