Doug, obviously both methods will reduce crime. Too argue that would be insane. I just grow tired of Republicans and Democrats alike who justify ANYTHING their president does.

Clinton made mistakes, and Bush is making mistakes. Hiding behind a party line, not taking a clearly objective view is what is wrong with this country.

Besides that, more officers also provides more safety for the officers on the street.
