JXM,

Clearly Ihub has issues to work out. I hope that with the knowledge and experience Bob brings to the site, that the quirks can be worked out.

In my post, I was merely attempting to point out that Matt did acknowledge the statement.

I can say that I admire Matt and his partners ability to start such a site. As I approach my 40th birthday, I can say that I do see things differently than I did at Matt's current age. Hopefully there will be a balance found between Matt's age and Bob's experience.

I seen the events unfolding regarding SEVU, I did not nor do I now know enough about that company or the people posting there to make sense of it all. I did know enough to see that the COB only wanted one side of the SEVU story to be told. The COB idea in theory seems like it should be workable, but it obviously has some weak links. I believe as the site grows, those weak links will become even more so, unless more specific guidelines are brought into focus. It could become a monumental task to monitor the deletion's if the power to delete posts is being abused by the COB. A thought that comes to my mind would be a programming "red flag" to administration if a board has more than a specific number of deletions in a given amount of time.....

As for the poster from A@P that there were issues with.....I remain blissfully unaware.

A community is made up of individuals, his statement doesn't remove any of the condescension that he obviously has toward the community.

I was going to comment on the above statement you made. But figured I better go back and read some more before I open my mouth. Several questions do come to mind immediately like;
Which "community" was he referring to??

guess I really should go back and reread, cause I just deleted an entire paragraph I wrote to you.....as not to have my intentions misunderstood.
