I would wait until that rule gets applied to protect the monopoly of a thread tyrant before I got too worried about it. They have some ideas they are tossing around, obviously, but they have also shown a willingness to be flexible as the thing evolves and also (by hiring Bob) demonstrated an appreciation of the importance of having someone with integrity who is heavily involved in the operations end of things. I see more to be hopeful about than to worry over.
