True. Pump enough liquidity in, and the pain can be delayed for a while.

And, yes, all the indexes will suffer. But none of the other indexes got so far above any rational valuation level, as the Nas did. So, they have less to fall, before a reasonable level is reached. If I had to short an index, I'd probably chose the Dow. Or wait till we had a January-type rally in the Nas (in progress now?), and short QQQ or the SOX.
