Very true, but usually if there's a question of personal attacks, people don't say things like "green" when they respond, do they. "Whether Bob handled it or not, is not relevant to me. It was a public message and therefore I had the right to respond publicly, regardless of what Bob did or didn't do to the person who made the original personal attack, libeled the same person and then called another person a "cabeza de verga" (my spelling may be a little off)." And you seem to have handled that person quite well, if you do say so yourself. I am curious, was there any sort of response by other posters to the original insult? If there was, what kind of responses were there? Were there any responses that were equally repugnant in your eyes, and did you take care of them, also? Maybe you left that up to bob, after all you can't be expected to step in in every case can you? So what did he do? You say people were libeled??? There's a lot of that going around these days, maybe it's the water. I'm not as intuitive as others maybe, but how can you be so sure? Were a lot of people libeled on ihub, or was it just the lucky ones?
