An oversight perhaps? << Nah, I think the only one deserving of a permanent ban would be a guy that runs a once popular thread, swore 50 times to leave SI forever but keeps coming back. Hint - After a forced vacation lasting a while this last time, he recently returned and though his board is supposed to be only about forecasting market moves and anyone that sneezes without permission gets banned, has himself only posted stuff bashing his loyal followers about copyright infringment and personal attacks. Nahhhh, couldn't be him. I so missed his horoscope predictions too. It could go up, down or sideways, yep, see, it did exactly what I said it would do. <g> PS - I have switched to the clown side for a week or so.
