Besides the significant positive in the candlestics on FRI, the NAZ NET NEW HIGHs-LOWs moved from about negative 600 to negative 40 in 7 days. Thats is a significant improvement.

In a downtrend, I would typically go net short with a CLASS 1 SELL signal. In our website mutual fund account, its a bit different strategy, whereby its less aggressive. I also have to admit that I was not net short much from the JAN top since I didnt get firm CLASS 1 SELL signals. It reverse down before ever getting to CLASS SELL territory, so I did get fooled a bit.
