I fully understand your comment, I can only comment on my experience.

I figure I'm probably one of the easiest users on the earth to satisfy, however. I don't use options. I have never used Level II in my life. I don't have quote sheets with 500 or 1000 symbols on it. I don't have 25 tick charts all running at the same time. Etc.

All I want a data vendor to do is be timely and accurate with the data they send to my few charts on my screen. Nothing complicated.

Quote.com just couldn't meet these simple requirements. eSignal does.

I certainly feel for quote.com users over the past week or two. So many problems. So many delays. But thanks to reliable timely feed, I had a couple of my best trading weeks ever. There's no doubt in my mind that I could not have achieved the performance I did if I had to muck about with problematic feed.

I've been laying low off this thread and certainly never intend to rub salt into open wounds. But every once in a while I think its worthwhile pointing out to new users that may be checking in here that useful alternatives exist.

Lately I've been using Ensign and trying to leave Tradestation parked; just to see if Ensign could meet my modest needs through the trading day - so far, so good. Its not quite as simple to use as most QCharts users are used to, but it is infinitely more flexible than the standard eSignal charting application. It might be a good alternative for some.

I keep hearing that RavenQuote will be available on eSignal but it sure seems to be taking a long time --- I guess for the QCharts crowd, RQ for eSignal may be akin to the holy grail, if it ever appears.

Cheers
Michael

Esignal has problems but they are few & far between & they fix them quickly. Case in point is the incorrect closes on daily charts for three days this week on ES,SP,ND & NQ June futures. U call tech support & instead of denying or not knowing (Typical Qcharts response) they advise that yes we are aware of problem. Voila, this morning all have been corrected! The diference is an operation focused on responding & increasing customer value on an on-going basis.
