Andy, all this crud about %'s and decimals is beside the point. 100,000 more cops means 1 more cop per 2,600 American. My initial point was that full employment has far more to do with any drop in crime than a few extra cops.

Scum just decided to quibble the arithmatic expression rather address the crux of my post. What a waste of time.
