One thing I have long since given up is expecting God to play "fair" by human standards. Or to judge God by human standards.

Science hands us fact after fact we are not in a position to independently verify. Our primary activity is to discriminate among sources,
rating reliability.

A tremendous amount of change and amazing
technological feats have been achieved in
the last century. It was no small feat just
flying across the Atlantic ocean , and then only
decades later we're finding ourselves
standing on the moon <g>

We live in a world of miracles everyday by Biblical
standards , all these new "facts" and
terrific changes themselves but that
our own consciousness and relationship
to the universe is always subtely transformed
by these things.

It is the problem for us
and what the artist or the poet must try to do
is to relate the actuality of the
contemporary circumstances to the elementary
within us ...and restore a sense of
the "resplendant".

In other words , how do we enjoy the benefits of
all this change ,maintain a harmony with nature(ouselves)
and still train ourselves to see
the original glory going forward ?

There is a wonder & resonance in living life ...a radiance
inherent in being alive & achievement, and a
dignity that comes with the
freedom to explore
and see this .

In the best of all possible worlds ....of course.
Life the "Great Experience"...
