AS I would agree with you on LU limited downside risk ........ only $7 per share or half of CSCO. I do not believe that LU will disapear in thin air after all it is an American Icon.

That aside under pressure the company may be completely dismembered.

You'd better have a better reason than that if it blows up in your face. How you you define NO RISK? I think losing 20, 30 or 50% of my money is a pretty high risk profile...which is something LU could do to curent holders.
