Chuca, I give you credit for finding a ray of hope in an other wise bleak situation. With you're optimism you would have happily taken a front row seat as the orchestra played and the Titanic sunk. The facts however don't support any optimism. 1. No viable company has seen enough potential in the Nevada property to form a jv with CMG. 2. Epix is looking for a 'private'placement of 1 million dollars. Based on #1 who are they going to find. 3. CMG's last NL pretty much lays the ground work and prepares one for future bad news. That is, they say there is "no assurance" the financing agreement will be successful. They go on to outline their next step, that is...."share consolidation". Share consolidation is really no problem....I'll have fewer shares worth nothing instead of a lot of shares worth nothing. oh yes, Happy Easter..dumb holiday but thats another story.
