I saw or heard one report, where the guest postulated that the vial was stolen from the Brit lab and that the mad cow epidemic is a terrorist organization's test of a biological warfare plot. That kind of thinking belongs right here with us devoted RW'ers. Just keep your eyes open if some more vials disappear from another lab somewhere. That same Brit lab also contained Ebola and a few more potential plagues of Biblical proportions if disseminated efficiently. Well sleep well and sweet dreams, Chas (standing in for the bogeyman)
