Mr. Mordaunt, as qualified professional, reports that, although limited in scope, this drilling forms an important part of the ongoing program that is designed to increase mineable reserves at the property. These drill holes confirm the up-dip continuity on several sections. In addition, the high grade intercept, including 25.5 meters of 291 grams silver per tonne and 0.30 grams gold per tonne in hole AD-75 at the southern margin of mineralization, further defines the existence of what the Company believes may be a feeder vent source partially responsible for silver and gold emplacement at the deposit. -------------------------------------------------------------- Line Hole # Provisional Silver Gold AgEq* True Width grams/ grams/ (meters) tonne tonne -------------------------------------------------------------- 0+50 AD-68 201.0 31 0.34 50 North including 145.5 37 0.40 60 -------------------------------------------------------------- 0+50 South AD-69 132.0 58 0.26 73 -------------------------------------------------------------- 1+00 South AD-70 150.00** 31 0.33 50 -------------------------------------------------------------- 1+50 South AD-71 150.00** 24 0.19 35 -------------------------------------------------------------- 2+00 South AD-72 108.0 28 0.23 41 -------------------------------------------------------------- 2+50 South AD-73 123.0 52 0.28 68 -------------------------------------------------------------- 3+00 South AD-74 142.5 49 0.26 64 -------------------------------------------------------------- 3+50 South AD-75 160.5 99 0.25 113 including 25.5 291 0.30 308 -------------------------------------------------------------- *AgEq- Silver equivalent calculated on the same basis as in the Mintec PreFeasibility Study, September 2000 as reported in News Release No. 2000-09 and as summarized in the Company's Prospectus dated December 5, 2000 available at ``www.SEDAR.com'' **Drill hole started and ended in ore grade silver and/or gold mineralization All assaying from the drill program is carried out by Bondar Clegg Intertek Testing Services of Mexico. Drilling will continue on the property in May in an attempt to extend the known strike length of the Alamo Dorado mineralization. Surface work recently completed, including detailed geological mapping with an emphasis on structure, has confirmed the idea that intense alteration and mineralized stockworks exist along strike to the northwest of the previously drilled area. This area represents a good exploration target that could have an important impact on the calculated reserve completed last fall by Mintec, inc. of Tucson, Arizona. In other news, the Company is engaged with several engineering firms and the contract for the Feasiblity Study for the Alamo Dorado Property will be awarded within several weeks.
