Chinese government can't tolerate group activities. Chinese folk don't have problem with group activities. Kind of validates the point I was making about democracy, doesn't it.? I remember during the 1960's when during one year, the nutcases did about, well, I can't remember, exactly, but it was 5,000 or 10,000 bomb attacks with object of causing social instability in the US. The effect was practically ziilch. The US decided, mostly, to treat the attacks as criminal affairs. Not political. If everything's political, then even the PTA is suspect and AA is definitely subversive and you have to pay the ideological mordita. Which usually means jail time. frankw
