To the Buddhist, nature is samsara, the delusion of the senses, that hides our fundamental nature. A real Bodhisattva, like Neo in "Matrix", should be able to perform miracles, because he sees behind the veil of illusion, and can control it. This is congruent with the tradition out of which he came, only with revisions.

Christ came out of a different tradition. Nature is real enough, but as the creature of God, it can be altered strikingly by its Creator. Thus, a miracle evidences God's power and presence, rather than the achievement of Enlightenment.
