Dalin..

On how the utilities bills are paid for in Mexico...

A couple of years ago a buddy and I rented a house in La Paz for a couple of weeks. I walked out into the front yard and found this bill, a water bill and I knew it wasn't there a few minutes before, so I looked up the street and saw the water dept employee. I watched him walk from house to house, write up a bill and throw it on the property. Not in an envelope, not in the mail box, not attached to the front door....a single little piece of paper just thrown into the yard, and I mean it is really windy in La Paz in November.

I love that place. Been to La Paz? It's a very boat oriented place. A lot less touristy than PV, or especially, Cabo.
