Whoooooo Wheeeeee does this sound good. It is like no recipe that I have ever made. I just love spot prawns, but they are so hard to get. Season is so short and I don't know when it is. Probably could find out through a search online. Not too crazy about bell peppers, are they absolutely essential to the recipe? Also, what are PEI Mussels? I just use the old regular ones in the seafood dept of the grocery store. Sounds like I might have to go to the pike street market to get the very best seafood for this recipe. When you let the dressing sit for a few hours it that unrefrigerated? Wouldn't mind having that "trick" for peeling the peppers either. Thanks ;-) M

I was checking the back post when I came across your recipe for "Killer Seafood Salad Dressing"

Now how did I miss this? I love seafood, and I WILL use your recipe. I'm sure it will be a hit!
I may make it with the rotini the next time I'm asked to bring a salad to a party. Everyone will think I'm so smart.
