Chef Teresa....what is the difference

between shrimp and prawns? When I was picking up some california rolls today I noticed black tiger prawns and they looked like shrimp to me. The ones I saw were larger than most shrimp. The three recipes you posted sound simply delicious. Makin' me hungry!
