It is interesting to note that there are lots of wonderful recipes, and most of them rely on fresh top-quality ingredients, rather than a long list of items. For me, whenever I look at a recipe, I go over the list first, and if it is as long as your arm, I just ditch it.

I guess this philosophy is akin to my approach to trading. LOL!
