William Harmond on the "New Economy and It's Winners" thread has to take the cake. Nearly every one of his picks went from $180 to $1.80 over the last 12 months. Yet every day he says he is averaging down. For a while he had a lot of followers, but eventually they all went broke following his advice and now he mainly talks to himself.
