Dale: It does, but it still gets clobbered by the KT133A when using PC1600 DDR SDRAM.

Also when using the new BIOS (1.09)? (e.g. the one Ace's used) There's also a 1.10BETA available on the web. The BIOS in most reviewers' boards was 1.0.

I would assume that the KT266 uses the exact same "timing tricks" as the KT133A when the memory bus is run async'ed. That would certainly lead to miserable performance.

(The KT133A-based servers we have here run slightly faster when running 100 / 100, as opposed to 100 / 133 - the latter of the two numbers being memory frequency, the former FSB).
