Yup...I bought a four line phone and after hooking it up today found the ringer did not work. The people at Staples did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I know they did not make the phone but I am sorry you were inconvenienced would have been nice.

Hear hear.I think companies should implement systems in which managers have a pot of discretionary bonus money that can be dooled out liberally when an employee goes above and beyond what "just going through the motions" demands.
