They could spin off the Loral non-Globalstar assets and have Globalstar LP for nearly nothing. They could make an offer to Vodafone [and other service providers] which they couldn't refuse and they'd have a world-wide going concern. I can only conclude from the bond price that negotiations are going very badly for restructuring, or perhaps the bond holders have been read the Exit 1 Riot Act. QUALCOMM is holding the trumps [though PCSTEL believes in the Exit 1 = high-card theory] so they are going to come out of this very well. Overall, the bond holders appear to be feeling very chastened and realize that without QUALCOMM on side and without Exit 1, they are holding a big, fat, zero. At $80 million [approx] for the bonds and $90 million for Globalstar LP, QUALCOMM can pay this from petty cash. QUALCOMM is going to get a huge bargain. Perhaps the biggest bargain in human history. Better perhaps than the USA buying Alaska from Russia or the Louisiana purchase. There must be some news soon. There must be some very serious negotiations going on. Bernie should be keeping we shareholders informed on progress in the negotiations. This seems to be just a continuation of the constant policy of keeping us in the dark and feeding us BS.
