Aus, one has to take Lexar statements regarding licensing SNDK to make and sell products with Lexar IP with a great deal of skepticism. One of the reasons for making statements like that is to push the idea that Lexar is a going concern, when in reality it was wounded heavily by the settlement of SanDisk's patent infringement case. The agreement, as I recall, stipulated that each side would cross license certain IP, but it appears that the amount of Lexar IP that SanDisk uses that requires royalty paments is minimal. Art
