Dear Mr Smith, At 40 posts a day every day, on the average, over 2 years I would have to say never as it takes 80 posts in a day to absolutely exceed 20 in six hours. I also expect that SI are extremely liberal in their interpretation of the rules. Even more liberal than I.

Mr. Smith if you wish, you can create you own SI and run it the way you want or you can create your own SI thread with the rules you want as long as they don't violate SI's TOS about abuse.
