"the machine I am running it on is an old P450 with a plain jane Riva TNT graphics adapter."

I haven't been able to solve the flicker problem yet (very annoying) but I doubt it is a hardware problem. The computer I use for my esignal feed is an AMD 1Ghz running Windows 2000 with 512M of Ram and I get the flicker effect on all of my monitors using different video cards (Viper 770, StealthIII, 32Mg Matrox G450).

Another small problem with Esignal that has not been pointed out is if you have your monitor on 1200*1600 resolution on a 19" monitor it cuts off part of the chart if you look at the chart on a full screen view. Small problem but it threw me off for a while because my charts seemed to change on full screen view and it took me a while to figure out it was chopping off the end of the chart.
