Since the High Data Rate technology is by far the key to the future of mobile wireless data linkage to the internet (intranets) IMO, this point you just made is key IMO.

Do you expect that HDR will be incorporated not only into the GPP2 set of initiatives, but also the GPP? (And the primary difference will be add on GSMers dead weights?)

Thanks for troubling to answer my probably stupid question. But I'm not questioning either the accomplishments or the ability of the QCOM engineers. Neither that nor the GPP's efforts say anything about the lifetime of the important patents for CDMA. Xerox had wonderful patents. Eventually they expired.
