LOL, I agree. FA wise this market makes no sense at all. Semis and Semi equips are still trading at bull market levels with no good news other than the ridiculous "it can't get any worse" release last week. In Semi downcycles, these stocks historically trade for less than half current price sales valuations and I recall that somewhere around 97-98 they were trading for PEs of 5 or so. People say now that they are down to 15 so how much lower can they go? They seem to forget that those earnings will disappear over the next year making those PEs go much much higher. Heck MU was losing over a buck a quarter just in the last year or so but investors can't remember that far back apparently.

My fib target for the SOX is around 300 eventually. We'll see. It may take a year at this rate.
